Georgina Jarvis
Co-founder · Head of Maths Tutoring · Registered Psychologist
A 99+ ATAR graduate of Kincoppal-Rose Bay, Georgina holds a Master of Psychology (UNSW) and is a Registered Psychologist. She has spent more than 10,000 hours over fifteen years teaching students to understand and grow to love maths. Georgina is passionate about removing the complexity from maths to make it more accessible, applying positive psychology strategies to learning, and working with neurodivergent students.

Steph Allen
Co-founder · Head of English Tutoring
A 99+ ATAR graduate of Ascham and Sydney Law School, Steph has taught Advanced and Extension English for over fifteen years — more than 150 HSC students, over 90% of whom received a Band 6 in English. Steph’s frameworks for essay writing, comprehension and creative work anchor Ada & Woolf’s English program, and her teaching is mentorship first: structured support through the hardest years of school.

James Ahuja
English Tutor
Dux of The Scots College in 2024 with a 99+ ATAR, a Premier’s Award for All Round Excellence and the English Advanced Award, James now reads Commerce and Law at the University of Sydney. He has tutored more than ten high school students across English, Modern History, Economics and Maths. Primarily a maths-focused student at school, he built his English through deliberate practice and exam technique — and teaches through the lens of mark maximisation, breaking daunting ideas into clear, easy to digest structures.
Nonie Sawyer
English Tutor
A 98+ ATAR graduate of Northern Beaches Selective Campus and a place on the NSW Honour Roll, Nonie holds a Bachelor of Communications from UTS and is completing a Master of Teaching in Secondary Education, majoring in English and Humanities. In more than five years tutoring English — Standard through Extension — every one of her students has achieved a minimum of Band 5, and she is experienced tutoring neurodiverse students through secondary study. She teaches organisation and structure alongside the syllabus, and mentors students through the stress and nerves around exams.
Emma Huang
English Tutor
A 99+ ATAR graduate of Smiths Hill High School — a Distinguished Achiever in five subjects, first in course in NSW for Italian Beginners and Encore-nominated for Music — Emma is a Dalyell Scholar reading Commerce and Laws at the University of Sydney. She has five years tutoring English across a wide range of ages and abilities, and has designed her own suite of evidence-based study guides, writing scaffolds and skill-building worksheets. Her learning plans are personalised, and her aim is a lifelong love of learning as much as a mark.
Lara Taylor
English & Maths Tutor
A 94+ ATAR graduate of Kincoppal-Rose Bay and a Distinguished High Achiever in English Advanced, Extension I and Visual Arts, Lara holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Beyond private tutoring she was employed by Kincoppal-Rose Bay for three consecutive years to supervise, support and tutor its Year 12 cohorts. She specialises in English Advanced and Extension 1 and teaches maths from primary through HSC Advanced, blending practical tutoring with mentorship through the most difficult years of high school.
Mia Muriti
English & Maths Tutor
A 95+ ATAR graduate of St Catherine’s — Band 6 in English Advanced, E4 in Extension I and rank 1 in Extension II — Mia holds a Bachelor of Management from UTS. She brings more than five years tutoring English from Standard through to Extension II, and teaches maths from K–6 fundamentals through to Year 12 algebra and quadratics. As someone with ADHD she relates to neurodivergent students and draws on ten years of her own experience, and she takes a prompt-not-tell approach: she will never move on until a student fully understands the topic.
Ashley Worthington
English Tutor
A 91+ ATAR graduate of St Clare’s College Waverley, Ashley took a Bachelor of Fine Arts at RMIT with high distinction and a place on the Dean’s List, and is completing a Master of Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing at the University of Melbourne. She has over five years teaching English and Art to students in Years 9 to 12, with a particular focus on the HSC syllabi, and works as a copyeditor alongside her tutoring. Her sessions rest on proven study techniques — grammar and punctuation, time management, creative writing — matched to what drives each individual student.
Jasmin Wu
English & Maths Tutor
A 99+ ATAR graduate of Saint Ignatius’ College Adelaide, awarded the F.P. Mullins Award for English Literary Studies and Academic Full Colours, Jasmin reads Economics and Computer Science at UNSW and has interned as a software engineer at Canva and Atlassian. She teaches English at all levels with a focus on HSC Standard and Advanced, and specialises in Standard, Advanced and Extension 1 Mathematics; a year spent marking exam papers gave her an early sense of what strong analytical writing actually looks like. She teaches from first principles, on the view that most students who struggle with maths are more capable than they realise.
Coral Butterfield
Maths Tutor
Coral holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with Honours from the University of Liverpool, specialising in mathematical modelling, statistical analysis and numerical methods, and came through A Levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics at BHASVIC in Brighton. She tutors across Foundation, Higher and Advanced levels, and is expert at translating abstract concepts such as ODEs and matrix methods into digestible, applicable knowledge. A certified coach who has worked with more than thirty girls at Eastern Suburbs Juniors Rugby Club, she builds technical competence and a resilient mindset together.
Marion Ridgway
Science Tutor
Marion holds a BSc in Chemistry with Honours from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s in Digital Chemistry — AI, machine learning, automation and robotics — from the same university, with Distinction. She spent five years as a private science tutor in Chemistry and Biology at GCSE and A-Level, and coaches and mentors athletes alongside her teaching. Drawing on her background as both an elite athlete and a research scientist, she treats performance as a transferable skill: a growth mindset and a calm approach to pressure, taught alongside the material.
Frosso Mathews
Registered Psychologist
A registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from UNSW, Frosso has spent more than sixteen years applying psychology to performance, leadership and personal development — including a decade at Macquarie Group, latterly as Associate Director, Risk Culture. She works with students through Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and psychometric assessment, coaching them to build confidence, resilience and sustainable habits. A mother of two, she works alongside families to create supportive, individualised pathways.
